Warranty & Replacement

12-Month Warranty

All items purchased from Dana Home come with a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality or integrity of your home or outdoor tools.

  • Coverage begins on the delivery date confirmed by our shipping carrier.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

  • Normal wear and tear, improper handling, misuse, or product modifications are not covered.

Coverage Details

Covered Defects:

  • Manufacturing flaws that affect product performance or structure

  • Broken or damaged components present at delivery

  • Missing original parts or accessories

  • Defective materials that deteriorate prematurely

  • Significant discoloration or fading not related to normal use

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Environmental damage (sunlight, moisture, humidity, etc.)

  • Accidental damage, drops, or impacts after delivery

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

Replacement or Repair Process

If a product is found defective under warranty:

  1. Replacement: We will first attempt to provide an identical replacement within 14 business days of claim approval.

  2. Alternate Options: If an identical product is unavailable, we will offer one of the following within 3 business days:

    • A similar item of equal or greater value (with your approval)

    • A full refund to your original payment method

    • Repair service, if applicable, with a provided timeline

  3. Repair Timeframe: Repairs will be completed within 30 calendar days. If this is not possible, we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.

Product-Specific Warranties

Some products may include additional manufacturer warranties or optional extended protection plans:

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Select items may include the original manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our standard coverage. Details are listed in each product description.

  • Extended Protection Plans: Available for certain premium products during checkout, offering extended coverage beyond the standard 12-month period.
