You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. All return requests must be initiated within this period.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
In original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
Free of any damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
All returns must be pre-approved.

Provide your order number and reason for return
We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide shipping instructions
Include your RA number inside your return package
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or special-order products
Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
Used consumables (batteries, filters, oils)
Products missing original packaging or accessories
Modified or altered items
Electrical components that have been installed or wired
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Dana Home covers return shipping if:
You received a defective or damaged item
The wrong item was shipped
The item significantly differs from its description
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Credit card refunds may take an extra 1–2 billing cycles to appear.
Full refund for eligible items in perfect condition.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error.
Return shipping costs may be deducted if not covered by us.
Partial refunds may apply if:
The return is made after 30 days but within 60 days
Accessories or packaging are missing
The product shows minor signs of use but remains resellable
We accept exchanges for:
Different sizes or models of the same product (subject to stock)
Defective products covered by warranty
Incorrect items received
Contact us for exchange authorization
Return the original item with your RA number
Your replacement will be shipped once the return is received
Price differences and additional shipping may apply
If your item arrives defective or damaged:

Provide photos of the issue

Keep all original packaging

Warranty terms vary by brand and may require direct shipping to the manufacturer
Products over 50 lbs or oversized items may require special return shipping.
Additional return costs may apply — please contact us before returning.
Items containing batteries or classified as hazardous may have special handling rules.
These cannot be returned via air shipping — contact us for specific instructions.

Store credit equal to the full purchase amount (including original shipping)
Store credit never expires
